Paranormal Activity 3!!!!

Over the weekend, my friend Grace and I watched the new Paranormal Activity 3 movie. It. Wasn't. Scary. We sat in her room with all the lights off like we usually do when we watch movies. We'd already seen all of the other ones, so we were scared before it started. We didn't really get scared until about halfway through it. It only had a few scary parts... Other than that it was kind of boring. We didn't think it was scary enough to be considered a scary movie. It depends on how easily you get scared though... I wouldn't suggest going to see it.

There is SO much going on right now! My friend Sophia's mom just had a baby earlier today, our teams are preparing for our competitions, and my baby sister Avery is a ball of energy! Sophia (ILY! <3) has NO IDEA how much her life is gonna change.... it goes from prepping and pictures to desitin and diapers... right away. I just hope she knows that I know what she's going through, and I can/will help... I know it's a lot to deal with at our age...
Our dance teams are almost done with our four team routines we have to have "perfected" by the beginning of March... :/ Me and Sophia also have a duet, I have a solo, and I might have another duet with a girl on my team named Emily. It's A LOT to remember... and it always doesn't turn out how we want it to. But we always go out and do our best, and that's what I think really matters.
My baby sister Avery is now a year and a month. She gets into EVERYTHING. As soon as we pick something up, there's something else two-feet away that she got into. We have yet to baby-proof our house. We. Need. To. My sister Maddie and I have to make sure that if there is something we don't want her to have, we put it somewhere she isn't tall enough to reach. It's fun... (NOT)

That's all I have for this week...

P.S: I'm still bummed the 49ers didn't make it to the Super Bowl....

Titanic!!! :)

Soo... The Titanic is my favorite movie of all time. And in honor of it being 100yrs. since the Titanic sank... It's being re-released in 3D on April 6, 2012. (The morning the Titanic set sail 100yrs. ago) I. Cannot. Wait! My friend Kaytlinn and I absolutely LOVE The Titanic. Every time we hang out we watch it. We can even speak some of the scenes. And since my birthday is around the time is comes out, that's what we're going to do. If you don't know much about the actual story of the Titanic, I know everything. Like the fact that there were 21 lifeboats, and each life boat could hold about 31 passengers... that left over half of the ships 2228 passengers unable to get off the ship. And most of those boats? They weren't even half as full as they could've been. Or that Molly Brown, a wealthy woman, was the first woman to ever row a boat to safety. Below I have listed some other interesting facts about the Titanic.

~Out of the 2228 passengers, only 705 actually lived.
~The Titanic was the first ship to ever contain a heated pool.
~Of the 1517 people that went down with the ship, only 306 of their bodies were recovered.
~Even though all women and children were to get on the life boats before men, more men survived the ship sinking.
~Most survivors were from the first class.
~When the ship sank, it broke in half. One end sunk right away. The other floated around 3 miles away before finally filling up with water and sinking.
~Many think that the reason that the one part of the ship stayed afloat was because many people jumped, and it lightened that side, enough to let it float longer.

Christmas 2011

Wow. What a Christmas! This year, my family was able to go and see our family in Michigan. The only bad part was that we only got to go for an extended weekend, or four days. It didn't give us much time to see all of our families on both sides. But we did get to see everybody that was important. This year, we had to make sure that we went to see my great aunt. Ever since she was a little girl, she has had muscular dystrophy. She cannot walk, so she has to use a wheelchair. Earlier this year she came down with Pneumonia. But it's wasn't the same for her as it is for us. She was hospitalized, and then came down with many other sicknesses. Since she could not really fend for herself that well, so her immune system wouldn't fight it off. She now has a Trake, or a breathing tube in her throat. She has been forced to be put on Life Support. Its VERY scary because we never know what she will come down with next. She hasn't come down with anything since Christmas, and we think she is getting better. With any luck, she could be out by March... but not any sooner.
